Fireflies kiss v/s Rain kiss comparison post (inevitable hai yeh toh😛😆)

Background: Manik looked much better in the white shirt in the rain kiss than the blue blazer in the first one... Similar white flashes used in editing for both kisses😆

Round 1: Build up: Fireflies kiss wins hands down...from the way they are watching each other to the way Manik's hands come up to frame her face...rain kiss "build" up was brief bit of heavy breathing😆

Round 2: The actual kiss(es):

Fireflies kiss: Their faces were more visible even as they switched angles, the transitions flowed better despite the blinding white flashes, extra brownie points for the nose brush as Manik switched his head to the other side and he managed to get two kisses in after switching...as in it lingered on longer.

V/S

Rain kiss: A bit clumsy in the build up despite similar pattern being followed as fireflies kiss, got super intense towards the end when Manik switched his head to the other side...but unlike fireflies kiss, it cut short at that point😆

Round 3: Aftermath
Fireflies kiss gave equal footage to both their expressions in the immediate aftermath letting that feeling soak in

Rain kiss only showed Manik's expression in the immediate aftermath and then Nandu got super giddy and started running as usual😆

My verdict: Fireflies kiss wins😆 cuz it had all three boxes checked...to quote Rafi, ek kiss mein jhaadu maara jaa raha tha aur dusri mein vaccum cleaner...now everyone else can decide what works better for them😆

P.S. Watching them side by side, I'm struck by how different and not so different they look 150 epis later😆...Nandu is practically wearing almost ditto the same type of white kurti from the first kiss😆...

1st kiss was sweet n subtle whereas d 2nd 1 was more intense n passionate😊

i wud go 4 2nd both of them wer involved i mean d lip movement😆

I'm all for the rain kiss so thought the fireflies kiss was cute.
Rain kiss will be my all time favorite because of its burning passion.

o my goshh,1stly jab ye dono pass aate hai,my hearts stops working!!!!!! now hats for ur analysis!!!! according to me,1st kiss was soft and tender,as manik was little apprehensive about nandini's reaction,so he was very soft and sweet,also for nandini it was her 1st kiss,so he was experiencing it for the 1st time... but in the rain kisss,they both know that they have rights on each other,they have expressed their feelings already,so the kiss was passionate and intense!!!!!!

If i get to prefer one,i would for rain kiss,bcoz of the passion😉😉

p.s-got to see shoulder kiss also which i just loveee!!!!!!!!!!!

manan koi v kiss kare i will love thm for me 1st one is just a base to xpress their feeling for each other it had tender care but somehow not love n the rain kiss shows how deeply they connect to each other how they surrendered thmslves in each other hands it had passion love assurance to be wid each other forever so i will go for both coz both kiss indicates diff thing

A. Even though It was initiated by Nandu. .manik took over so passionately ☺️

B. Nandu was more involved in this kiss compared to the firefly kiss. Open mouth😃

But duration wise firefly kiss I loved more..

Interesting topic 😆😆😆

Build up: Even though maanik looks amazing in white i totally loved the shade of aqua blue in the jacket just because it gives nice color - calmness/tenderness that this first kiss was going for.. I think that blue jacket works in favor of the first kiss. Totally agree with you on first kiss being amazing in this area especially i agree with you on the way they are looking at each other..

Actual Kiss: I don't think this part is fair to compare.. I think they were going for different emotions.. First kiss was tender while new one was more passionate... Personally i liked first one just because there was story backing it and there was excitement that came from the build up of how they were looking at each other..

Aftermath: For this i totally agree, while maanik's expressions were visible in both the kisses.. The first kiss had nandu looking at him with as much in moment thing as maanik was.. She felt shy too, but that came later.. The first reaction was to watch maanik and that i loved in the aftermath of first kiss.. Especially this part.. Nandu is ❤️ in this..

The not so immediate aftermath that is the scenes followed - i liked of new kiss better.. The egg confession and that sofa scene is my absolute favorite and was pure bliss to watch
