Looks Like Karan is not well as he is taking Su jOk Accupressure. If you look at 0:52 sec of this video, you will see a magnet which is used in Su Jok theraphy is taped around Karan's middle finger.

This is how KP rolls...never shows off his injury and pain.
Had observed his injuries quite few times.
During Shagun-Ashok wedding track, he injured his left hand severely.
During Mani track he's got serious cold.
During accident track, he was injured too.
But anyone hardly knew it.

I hope he feels better! He is extremely hardworking and has so much on his plate. Hope he gets to chill soon!

Just the way I understood it, he doesn't show off his injuries like others, but if this is pointing to DT its kind of hard to hide a fractured leg! Sorry if I misunderstood that statement.
