Ayesha and her insecurities

I can understand why she is so insecure but come on she has to retire as the dream girl some day and eventually give it up.. But you know what I find more funny is that earlier she was only competing with Lakshmi and now with the dream girl contest she's gonna have to compete with every single girl who is participating.. I guess her Karma is begining to pay her back. She wanted to prevent Lakshmi from entering the contest but I honestly don't see what difference it would make to her position.. If not Lakshmi then definitely someone else would end up dethroning her.. And imagine if some random girl eventually defeats then basically all that she has made Lakshmi go through was actually for nothing!! In other words her being dethroned by a random average unknown girl whom she has underestimated would be more funny than being dethroned by Lakshmi herself and that would actually be a bigger slap on her face as she who happens to be the dream girl has lost to a random girl. I seriously feel she should have just let Lakshmi get through at least that way her defeat wouldn't have ended up becoming publicized.

I started following this show recently so I don't know much about what happened earlier. So I'm just wondering if they've given any background story of Ayesha.. I'm just wondering if she's been through the same thing in the past which in turn is making her act like that. Usually a person would be obsessed with their position if he or she had to struggle like hell for it. Ayesha's obsession and insecurities regarding her position probably stems from her past experiences unknown to us. I hope they shed some light there..
