Indian Idol Contester is no match

Every single contester of Saregama Pa are 100 times better than contester of Indian Idol. Anyone can participate in Indian Idol but only the selective one comes to Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Look at how they sing and perform. I get sometimes pissed off with Mimi when she makes fake claim that II is the best music show of the town. If u compare the voting of II and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, II loose by huge margin..


Amit Paul is the only contester left in Indian Idol who has a good voice. Even he is nowhere match to contester of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. This is fact and not a made up source.

Do u guys feel the same as me. Be honest to urself and judge only if u know the knowledge of Music

What are you trying to prove?? Sa Re Ga Ma Pa takes like 5/6 musicians and they hunt for talents(meaning search). In Indian Idol, they just do whatever they can with the people who audition. So, of course the people they search for are better than the people that are already there.. ok, does anyone know what I just said??? 😆 😆

Yarr they take trained singers and make them sing, what's the big deal in that? look at amit, no training but still singing like an angel. please you can compare the two shows. obviously classicaly trainied singer are going to do better than the untrained ones.

I agree SRGMP contestants r waayyy better.....but u hav to remmeber II gives a chance to untrained singers from small towns to achive der dreams... On top of dat II contestants r a lot younger den SRGMP. I think Amit and Emon are the only contestants capable of going to srgmp. Infact dey shud hav cuz der talent wud hav been more appreciated der. Personally, I liek II better but in terms of talent SRGMP is wayy ahead 😃 😳

I really want to make all this clear.
Srgmp/SVOI are talent shows looking for "PLAYBACK" singers.While Indian Idol is meant to look for a "POPSTAR"...Many people dont understand the difference between these 2 factors.

The main focus on Srgmp/SVOI is only and only singing while in II , we look for an overall package , an idol with a personality , someone with a good voice , someone who can connect to the audience and a confident person.
I personally prefer watching II thAn other shows.II is much more natural and reliable than any other show.The contestants here are presented the way like they are in reality.It has a warm touch which adds its extra spark.The judges are friendly to the contestants which makes it a more watch.

Ever seen the judges fighting like mad cats in SVOI?Ahh Anu - Alisha fights make you yawn but they dont make you throw the tv out like svoi judges do!

In Other shows judges,celeb judges , directors get more attention than the contestants!

In terms of singing yes i do agree srgmp/svoi has the best talent! 👏 but as an overall show , no comparision to II.II contestants have more hidden talennt👏

II and SRGMP are 2 completely different shows and based on different formats. In fact, I would say at least II has always been the same concept and format whereas SRGMP, that used to be such a respected show when it first stared, has deteriorated into a huge dramabaazi show. The singers are good, agreed, but this voting business was copied by them from II.

exactly!these contestants even try to perform!when they dont need to!
