going from priya's advice….i have decided….to do a small scene for next week….
Kaju buys some pakodas from the stall and returns to the car. while she is waiting she recalls the dhabha when they had gone to have some pakoda.s…and smiles….softly, her eyes dreamy…kyaa din the who…then slowlher smiles fades as the mobile rings again…she sees ameeshas name on it and frowns…then she recalls…last nites conversation between Ka and decides….firmly….they are not going to disturb their peace….
She shuts it off and hides the mobile in the glove compartment of the car,…she can pretend someone stole it maybe….her eyes are worried about the bahvishyavaani
On his way back to the car, devu pauses as he sees a barber - he rubs his stubble…and his eyes cloud…in these past few days tension, heartbreak and turmoil…he hadn't paid much attention….to his long hair nor even shaved….he goes to the street side barber…who had set up a ragged tent…" bhaisaab…ek shave…aur …hair cut.," the barber looks surprised to see a well dressed man like him…coming to his humble stall….he smiles…zaroor…saab…baitiye….as barbers go…he starts chatting to devu about the this place which was famous for the ardhnareshwar temple…dev enquires….accha…is there any hotel if we want to stop for the night….
the barber says….none he can think of but there is a guest house…few miles…away…and also…mostly…abandoned sheds…as far as he can recall….
Devus eyes glint darkly as he recalled….kaju this morning in that black dress, she looked so attractive, good enuf to eat like dark chocolate….his eyes darken with desire…a familiar tremor…in his body..ufff…..that smile...… and her…romantic mood dammit ….he could have been forgiven for pulling her into his arms…and disrupting her plans….maybe he should have..… he laughs softly at his thoughts….…then …his eyes cloud…it has been so long they shared any time together….they didn't have a proper honeymoon…..he recalled the time at the dhabha…valentines day….and sighed….a pulse betaing at his jaw…as the pain…of past few weeks resurfaces…then resolutely his eyes glint again….no…god…has tested them so many times…
now she is hell bent on taking him to some temple…his eyes go moist as he recalls her tears the other day…she honestly believes…some …afshagun will happen…and why not…- his jaw tightens grimly when he thinks of the KA play to get the property…sooner he takes kaju from that circus the better….but first find a gues house…his eyes soften with mischief, he nibbles his lips…thinking about her….siiiiigggghhhhh….mrs Kaajjal Prata Singh….i cant wait ….for tonite….
you are in for a surprise…he mutters softly to himself…Kaju unawares of what is in store for her…hums a bhajan…in preparation for the temple trip…she sighs dreamily at the thought of taking the saath pheras again…mmmmmm….would be so romantic….
DEvu returns, he peeks in - shall we…she nods…their eyes meet and stay….she looks away blushing suddenly at the look in his eyes….he smiles and gets in…glancing at her he says casually," maybe we should stop somewhere…for the night…what do you say…,." she turns….then flushes at the look in his eyes…"Devvvv…..aap bhi naa…pehle mandir..and gets charges up…about the mrits of the temple and its power…devu is only half listening…a pulse beating at his throat as he looks at her…his eyes…drowning in the abundance before his eyes….frustratedly he turns towards the road and starts the car……grumpily," yes yes…we will go there…alright////dammit," he swears under his breathe….
Kaju is content to sit there…but often…she slides a glance at him…and he watches in the mirror with a faint smile playing at his lips…. suddenly like the barber had predicted…the skies went dark without warning….there was a huge clap of thunder…..and…big fat drops…of rain…fell…kaju gasped and moved closer…to devu…who smiled…to himself…so far so good…glancing outside…he thanked GB…for his timely…showers…sounding serious, even grim" kaajjal…i don't like the looks of it….if this gets heavier…we will be stalled…maybe we should stop somewhere….look for that guest house….," kaju is adamant," pehle mandir…dev….and besides…car is …moving…isn't it….," she snuggles against his arm…contendedly…he swears softly under his breathe," women," why cant she understand….dammit….
suddenly the car,,,,…starts…jerking abit…coughing….and stops…kaju is aghast…her eyes wide….Devu…mutters something under his breathe..i will go and see….wait ….kau bites her bottom lip worriedly hoping it is nothing major…dev opens the hood wincing as the rain drenches him….the engine had heated up…nothing maor..if they waited a few…mins…it shud be alright…then suddenly his eyes glint..he straightend...and looks around….there it was…he could see it….the faint light in the distance…he smiled…and slowly bent to pull out the spark plug…weighing it in his hands…he tucked it inside the engine…without it…the car cudnt move….then closing the hood…he went to kaju and tapped on the window…
she turned it down..and looked up anxiously…keeping a straight face he said….bad news…major breakdown…we will have to wait in the car or look for some house,,,what do you suggest…," she bit her lip…thinking hard…it was pourin…but dev was drenched…and there might be ahouse…nearby they could stop at…
she said…whatever u think is best…your clothes are wet i don't want u ctaching a cold…she mutters in her wifely tne…he hides a smile…so be…it…lets lock the car…and come back for the cloethes…when we find dry roof…his eyes hooded..and she nods….
they go some distance…by the time kaju is also wet…she looks around in the dark…the rain…yahaaan kuch bhi nahin hai …dev…he pslips his arm around her shoulders….we will look…if not we will go back to the car…and suddenly as he said it…the guest house…loomed up….
look..a cottage…we are in luck…he runs…across..and bangs the door…after a few knocks…ther is shuffle of feet….an old man opens it…he enquires…dev tells him hi scar has broken down…and they need a place to keep their heads outta the rain…the man nods…saying it is a state guest house…he lest them in…it is nice and cosy…dev smiles…coming up to kaju,…see…not bad eh…why don't you go the room…i will arrange for some food….and get our small overnight case…kaju tells him she has the pakodas…and makes…a fac.e as she realises they are in the car…theek hai… iw ill check the room…
upstairs….kaju looks around…and smiles..at the humble…surroundings…she glances at her own clothes…she was dripping wet…first a bath….humming softly she steps into the bathroom which is well equipped with bathrobes and towels…there is hot water too…she is pleased…by the time dev returns..she can have finished her shower….
after the bath she feels so better….they had been on the road…for so long then the cold rain…phewww…so much better now…wrapping her bathrobe around..she steps out and goes to the mirror…her hair is dripping…and she starts to towel it vigourously…..suddenly the door opens…and as devu comes in…
happily she turns the hair swinging around her as she does….devu sucks in his breathe his eyes turning dark as he stares at her…her own smile fades….her pulse leap at that look….they stare at each other…the case slips from his hands….her hand are frozen….slowly like in a dream…he comes towards her…
she is unable to move….gulps…slowly…as her throat goes dry…."Devvv….," it is soft, half…in anticipication…she can see a muscle beating at his jaw….she turns..around…quickly….to calm her racing heart…., there is a tremor…in her …like old….clutching her towel…tight…nervously…a faint smile on her lips…she starts to move away…"Devvv…aappp…aa..aag…gaye…w.woh…your…shower…," he takes her hand…she goes completely still….his voice is soft…"Kaajjal…," she closes her eyes…,"Devvv….we…I…," her breathe was caught in her throat as he draws her close…his breathe warm at her face…his lips…brushing her damp…hair…"Devvv….,"
Slowly he turned her around…she was trembling…her eyes closed….he cupped her face…and she aw his hands wer e trembling too…she opend her eyes…they were dark as his…
he stares at her….long and hard…his eyes darkening each moment…."Kaajjal….,you…are…beautiful….so very…beautiful…i…, " he kisses her forehead…she closes her eyes…a pulse…beating at her jaw…as well…his lips trail over her cheek…over her face...over her lips....her own part...with a soft sigh..but he could feel her holding back....slowly gently….as if she was ….still afraid…it was a dream…
" I missed…touching you like…this…," he murmured…his arms drawing her close…she felt his damp clothes…but her body trembled…at his…touch…she could feel the heat from his own body rise…and awaken…her own longing…long forgotten…finally it was soft plea....as she whispers...againts hislips.."Devvvv…I..I m...missed you too,,,,…," but he wasnt listening....his lips…found…her…neck…a bit too….roughly….his hands…moving on her back…rather….quickly…momentarily he paused…just hugging her tight…as a soft tremor ran thru his frame..starved…of this…closeness…" i missed your l…love…k..kaajjal…,"
he murmured against….her pulse…which jumped as his…her head moved back…as his lips…grew in urgency….coming up…to her jaw…moving….demandingly towards her parted lips, dry…now…she breathing hard…….."…D…Devvv….," unable…to support her feet…
he groaned...against her ear...desperately..."o..o.hh…kaa..kaajjal…please…love..me…. i want…to feel…your… touch….…your…response…dammit….dont be reserved///please…sweetheart….please…love…me back…," she slowly lifted.....her hands….moved…like in a dream…unsconsiously…dropping her…inhibitions…gradually....openly ….acknowledging her….desire…as she responded….matching his passion…he groaned softly…muttering…"let me get rid of…this damned…wet…clothes…first///or the bed will be ruined"…
she sat on the bed…heavily…as her feet gave away then slowly….lying down…as her head…swayed…at the impact…of his…desire…and passionate display…she was trembling as a leaf…her skin flushed…like a fever….he joined her…without delays…and pulled the sheets around them….her eyes were still closed…"Devvv….," his lips…moved over her..now with less urgency…but ….still….with deep. …longing….,"kaajjal….dont know…what tomorrow will…bring…but…tonight…lets f..forget…e..e..everything…my…s..sweetest….just…let yourself…go…forget…everything…just be…mine…i …love…you…so much…," she finaly let go ...her arms slipped around him….with a soft groan….as he undid her robe….her own fears….swept away, her anxieties forgotten….as she joined him…" I …I…l…love y…you…too…..D…..D…evvvv…..,"……no more words…were needed…😳.
they forgot the lunch….and the pakodas…which lay there on the table….
i hope all my fellow bhootnis can come up with similiar ideas how to make DK memorable...as this is their last week😛
