yes, you can make sig's..
its mostly for making animated siggy's though.. 😛

it makes it siggys move so it becomes animated like glitter moving or sparkles

Do u no how to make them? im really confused i just downloaded it and when i opened it there were like 11 boxes and one of them was black! can u tell me how to use the tools and stuff plzzz

Yes....Animation shop is used for making Blinkies, animated
