Is Rex a politician?

I just wanted to know everyone's opinions - do you think Rex is a politician, and that he influenced Arijit to vote for Monica?

Frankly, I don't think so - sure, Rex may be intelligent, but then again, isn't everyone? Also, as he said "Is Arijit was such an ullu ka patha that he'd get influenced by me and vote for Monica?". That's very true - if Arijit is claiming that Rex influenced him, then I just think he's making an even bigger fool of himself, because it's showing how he can succumb so easily, and that he really doesn't stand for anything, so he'll easily fall for anything. I think it's very immature that he's blaming Rex for what he did - if he made that decision, then he should just live with it.

Just for clarification, I don't hate Arijit. I've been a huge fan of his singing, but I'll admit voting out Shamit shook me a bit. I still respect his singing though, but my respect for his nature/personality has dropped since he voted out Shamit and blamed it on Rex.

What's your opinion?

also, i dont think it was politics even on arijit's behalf 2 vote out shamit..
it was jus an immature decision tht he took, & he jus doesnt hve the courage to admit tht he made a wrong decision, & making efforts 2 somehow get away wth it..
bt, again i say jus was jus a big mistake on his part...doesnt make him a politician by this...

i donno y pple start labelling these FG contestants as politicians eevrytime thy do something unusual..

In my opinion, Rex is not using any politics. I think for Arjith it was just a case of 'sour grapes'. Just because Arpita and rex voted him out, he holds them responsible for his actions against Shammit. I completely agree with what Arpita said about Arijit that he is either very smart or just too gullable to repeat the same mistakes over and over again and then blame it on someone else.

Rex just mentioning that Monica needs to be given a chance is in no way indicative of him being a politician. He did not hold a gun to Arijit's head and make him vote for Monica and that too twice!

And if most feel that Rex and Arpita made a political move by voting Arijit out - I feel that is not true too. Sandeep's performance for the Ranbhoomi was on par with Arijit and in fact he came out better in performace which Arijit acknowledged himself.Qazi mentioned during his voting that his vote was not based on the Ranbhoomi and anyways, it is obvious that Qazi could not stand Sandeep as he keeps snapping at the guy for no reason! Rex and Arpita based their vote on the Ranbhoomi round and voted for Sandeep. If votes should be based on personal likings - then why have the Ranbhoomi round at all?

I do still feel Arijit was the best singer of them all and he does have a very bright future. But I also knew he would not make it to the end.

ok then how wud u explain rex voting out arijit, why he did so, form wat angle sandeep was better than arijit, who said he was better than arijit in the ranbhomi,

anywayz.....i think tht i would rather say tht when rex said "jo ajj mere dil mein arijit ke liye izzat thi, wo khatam ho gayi", but i would say tht "jo mere dil mein rex ke liye izzat thi....woh hamesha ke liye khatam ho gayi"....am not sayin this becuz i like arijit better...but i am sayin this becuz evrybody in gurukul uses arijit becuz they think he's immature...and anothr reason tht i beleive is tht qazi is the most honest person in fame gurukul...and if he says tht and he supports arijit then i definitely say tht arijit is right at his place...my heart says tht...and also tht when a person is about to leave they alwayz tell the truth...i personally believe tht.....

am not blaming rex or arpita for arijit's exit, becuz i am a kirti fan and i never blamed shamit for his exit....becuz shamit was also my fav, and still is...

i dont say tht rex is a politician, but think he's changing...he said tht he gives vote on performance basis...and he voted for sandeep over arijit..ok tht was not bad...becuz sandeep sang better...but in the last ranbhoomi...sandeep sang better again then arpita...then y didn't he gave vote to sandeep...when he knew tht he sang better.... 😃
