Unless Ritika has manipulated the baby's heartbeats etc shown on the monitor when she went for a check up to the doc with Ranveer its quite possible that she has conspired with the Doc.
So maybe her stomach is bloated with lies conspiracy and manipulations,or as I had said earlier "Mere Pait mein Billi Hai"
