It is very clear that Millind has fallen for Prachii ... He is very much in Love with her -if he was not then he would never be upset about Neev saying that he loved Prachii and yes - he also wouldn't have been so upset after knowing waht had happened between Aysha and HIM!

Millind is for sure - In love with Prachii and so is Prachii falling in love with Millind..Their hearts know each other's love ! But - just it's a matter of time - I am hoping and praying they will confess their love soon!
