Hi to vijay or to whom it may concern.
Ive been on bollywood forum on and off for last 5 years and I've only noticed one thing over and over again and that is moderators are extremely biased.
When you are in moderation, you are to put your favorites and friends aside, and moderate fairly. but here, the situation is totally different.
Moderators clearly show bias on which thread they chose to close and which thread they chose to go blind about. Who's PM should they read and Who's PM they should ignore. Threads which mock Salman remain open, while others get locked. Threads that mock members and their beliefs remain open but threads discussing Shahrukh Khans alleged affair with Priyanka Chopra get locked? - It has become a trend because no higher dt is doing anything about this.
My recent thread has been closed saying it's based on rumor only. Joke of the year. - May I ask if we are also going to close 75% of threads made everyday on "rumors" and based on "articles"? Or was my thread an exception because Shah Rukh Khan is your favorite?
I can go on talking and talking but My only point here is as long as moderation is done fairly, the show can go on. but as per my 5 years + experience, I've always have noticed the above problems but never complained. Today I felt like I should bring this to your notice and that we REALLY need a fresh moderating team for Bollywood Forum.
Lastly, I've also received a warning PM from one of your intellectual moderators warning me for calling out a fellow account as Computerized Bot. -- Obviously, what else would I call them when they post 10 comments within a span of 30 seconds and all the comments are similar? Obviously it would raise suspicion. What was the warning for? Is Computerized Bot a curse word or insult? Not as far as I know. Not in my world. Maybe in yours? -
Back to the main concern, I request that we get a new moderating team for bollywood forum.
