For now it's better she just accepts the reality and ensures that her future shows have all the necessary dramatic elements to rake in the TRPs

The one word Smriti Iraani hates right now is TRPs. Her show Virrudh will wrap up soon. And that's mainly because of poor TRPs (Television Rating Points). Recently at a symposium held in Mumbai, Smriti was arguing vociferously about the manner in which TRPs are garnered.

'How can a handful people decide what the entire nation wants to watch' was her argument.

Well Smriti may have a point there, but the bottomline is there is no other mechanism to gauge what people are watching except the existing one. For now it's better she just accepts the reality and ensures that her future shows have all the necessary dramatic elements to rake in the TRPs.

Even I like the show.. the story part is ok.. but it shuld be made more lively... I mean bright / colorful to the viewers.. And also I feel tht it is some old movies kind of thing.. the son goes away from his rich dad and marries the daugher of a worker who works in his fathers company .... and also he joins his dad factory as a worker... its may be true tht its no new story line .. it needs to be changed though...
