Hari... whom we know as childhood buddy and business associate of RM...as a childhood friend has been extremely loyal/blind supporter, while in the role of business associate he did challenge his friends decisions but gave up due to his blind love for his friend.
Yesterday, he did not like the protests against RM, he was so engrossed in defending his friend that he challenged law and the procedures followed by the banks and did not even for once remembered that his bail plea has been rejected and to some extent his friend was wrong and hard times faced by RM family and emotional pain of his family. While defending RM, he said, his friend did not cheat anyone...it was only bank money ( just giving summary here).
My take: extreme of everything is bad...
I believe that if Hari had challenged RM, talked to Sneha about the business problems especially when all options were closed...situation would have been still under control.
...further more, somehow I feel that Rudra hated his father's extreme love for his friend...a very natural instinct which most humans develop for the person who is given all attention/trust by our closest ones ( PS.I am not defending Rudra)

Nice topic Cherry.

I missed initial episodes so not aware of the actual problem with Rishi's bankruptcy other than he failed to pay back 100 crores bank loan.

Hari though protective of RM, shown to give up with crucial decisions.

If he had warned RM or informed Sneha, maybe things would have been under control.

Though nothing justifies RM's behavior when you spend lavishly having a huge bank loan and leave your daughters and wife on the roads.

I had a doubt whether Hari cut the phone call before talking to his wife or Rudra cut it.

@b2011...dear many thanks!
Loan debt led to the bankruptcy of RM,I will also add over-spending.
Hari used to warn RM especially he didn't like the idea of Rachita's engagement and distributing bonuses to the employees. He did complain, but RM being RM...and so Hari gave up ( ...I always felt that they were friends but not on equal terms, RM never listened to Hari's warnings and always acted like a boss).
My complain is that not for once even when the situation was out of control ...he talked to Sneha...
Rishi Mathur: No words, beyond my understanding.
Even I am wondering that what happened to the phone call...my heart says: Rudra but mind thinks Hari...running away from his family/wife as always he did...isn't he is still serving RM???

@bold i totally agree with you. wish hari told sneha about it earlier
and regarding rudra, i dont know i just cant stand him only. he is an insult to father son relationship. i hate him more after yesterday's epi. how could he just put his father's life at stake for his lame revenge
and m very curious to know what happened in the past then i can judge about rishi and hari

I don't know but there is something so significantly wrong about the men in TSMšŸ˜†

Both Hari and Rishi were small town men. Now, Rishi made it big in life and Harri supported him all the while. I understand his loyalty here but when Rishi, the man behind the business can spend time with family, his daughters and his wife, why was Hari keeping his family back in Benaras ? Why were they just left there to make it themselves.

About Rishi, he got a loyal friend and employee who helped him all his life and after his death supported his family every way possible but Rishi wasn't really concerned about Hari's family, was he ? In fact Hari justifies his friend's suicide without realizing that the man behind the whole mess died early to save his neck while he was left here to fight for himself and also for his friend's family.

Well. as an employee he could not go against his boss's order to keep the bankruptcy a secret but as a friend he should have pressed him further to make it even with his family at least if not anyone else. I was so unhappy the way Rishi dealt with Rachita's marriage. He wanted to do it as if the groom's family will not be able to detach themselves from the girl after the engagement or marriage. This engagement in fact have hurt Rachita more than anything. Even here Hari made no effort as a friend. As for Hari, he didn't care and doesn't care what being behind the bars means for his own family, does he ?

I wanted to make a separate thread for Rudra whose notion about the Mathurs look utmost confusing. So, he is actually blaming the Mathurs for his father's absence in his life. This makes him look rather unstable man. I presume he must be older than the mathur girls which means he is not suppose to have teenager syndrome of blaming the whole world for every little trouble of life. Now, even if Rudra has any grudge against the Mathurs, its clearly observable that he would not have touched the Mathurs if they had the earlier reputation. Its like ghar ke samne hai to badla bhi le lete hai. Its like its already checkmate and the player wants to keep playing with the prawns.Defeating a fallen warrior and gloating over it and look at the intensity of this revenge. He can actually keep his father in jail, the same father for whom he has grudge against the Mathur. If you ask me I think the makers lost a chance here. His grudge could be against the Mathurs because Rishi earned more than his father. Rishi died like a king till the end and his father could do very little in this regard.

Yes, Hari is still duty bound to protect Mathurs even when he is in jail. This definitely irks Rudra. Neither Hari nor Rudra care about his bail out. Feel pity for Hari's wife.
