I feel totally and utterly overwhelmed at the sheer pride Khushi has in her husband's achievement. The way you've shown her quite literally radiating it is so so touching. The joy she feels in seeing his vision realised leaves me with a sense of wonderment at the purity of this feeling. I want to wallow in it with her.

Or just stand by and watch the interaction between the four friends. The unspoken care in each gaze, the underlying consideration in each action, the respect and love evident in their banter ... this is what friendship is. I want to bask in it.

You've brought out Arnav's restlessness so well. One that changed to eager anticipation at Lavanya's assurance that his wife was coming. Alisha 😡, but with friends like Aman and Lavanya and the integrity of Arnav and Khushi, I can say Alisha who?

Arnav's mat jao had me in tears. A request, a plea reverberating in those words. For me, their embrace symbolised the essence of what's important in the din of life. Each other. Giving and taking warmth and solace to and from the other. The turmoil without can swirl around without moving them. I know they will see it eventually. They can't not. Not with the invisible threads weaving the two to each other.

And then you showed the depth of loneliness surrounding Khushi. Pain bleeding out of every word she speaks to her Lavu.

As for her encounter with that woman in red (Red?! 😲 really?!) ... all I can say is Brava Khushi!!! Sei forte!!! It was her unwavering faith in her husband's character that allowed her to stand up to that woman. Fabulously written 👏 classy and very very effective.

But it leaves behind a dispirited Khushi. Hurt ... yes it does my dear, because you care. There's too much care there to just let go.

Brilliant, brilliant just brilliant my darling 👏

I absolutely love the friendship between these four characters. I really like how you've shaped Lavanya and Aman- they're supporting characters, but they have so much more depth. I like how their friendships extend to the spouses- they're all really close, not just the two of them. I could see it with Aman and Khushi. Even though she is very close to Lavanya, you built her relationship with Aman as well, and it's fantastically done. Especially their banter- I love it!

Whereas, I have a husband who might love me depending on what day it is, whom I rarely see. I have a house not a home. A house that is empty, eerily silent, with no one but me.

The conversation with Lavanya and Khushi broke my heart. Sometimes, words just come spilling out and that was portrayed so well. Khushi's hurt is so poignant when she says that she has a house and not a home. I could almost feel Lavanya's ache, the desire to reach out to her friend and hug her, wishing that things could be different. The line in blue above... uff. The hurt, the sadness in Khushi's voice is almost audible to the reader- I just wish I could give her a hug and tell her it'll all be okay, even if it doesn't seem like it right now.

If only...

I love how Khushi doesn't let Alisha rattle her- even though it must have hurt her, she's such a strong character. Despite how she must be feeling, she doesn't let Alisha see that. I wanted to clap when she asserted that she is Khushi Singh Raizada- and Alisha has no place there!

Now chop chop, I want the next update early. Please? 😳 I think my cuteness is reason enough for that 😉
