Ishita got Ruhi's custody since she married to Raman and became his wife. If Raman divorce her, how will she get the custody. had Subbu told Raman that he will get both Ruhi & Adi's custody, if he divorce Ishita, that is something sensible (whether raman divorce Ishita or not is secondary). But this is something illogical and no court can approve this, even if Subbu's contact is the Supreme court chief justice.
