There was a problem in the participating Thread. I even PMes Mandy the characters , main and even optional characters but she didn't add the characters in the main post. I think that was the problem.

There were no problems, in the announcement for a second banner contest it was made clear to members to include as many cast members both new and old. If there were any doubts, members could have asked. In fact a member did ask and they got a response

The voting round was up for almost a month and there was more than enough time for members to voice their concerns there, instead the majority chose to vote for this banner. It is disrespectful and unfair to wait until after the voting round is closed and winner is announced to speak up about the banners, now members are going to have to wait another 6 months before having another banner contest.
