Chintu was getting ready in his hotel room lost in his thoughts when again Ketaki enters the room in her typical style calling out to him. Upon not getting any reply she reaches near him and finds him in thoughts. She smirks and decides to tease him.
Ketaki- Ahmm..bhai agar bhabhi ko sirf imagine hi karna hai toh shaadi karne ki kya zarurat hai?
Ketaki (laughing)- Haha...ye kya bhai aap toh abhi se bakri ban gaye maine toh suna tha ki shaadi ke baad biwi ke aage muh nahi khulta..par aap toh abhi se mai mai karne lage..haha..and she starts laughing loudly.
Chintu realises that she is pulling his leg & runs after her- Ketu ki bachiii..ruk ja abhi batata hoon mai ki kiski bolti bandh hoti hai.
Ketaki too runs for her life- Ketu ki bachi? Mai khud ki bachi kaise ho sakti hoon?..lagta hai bolti ke saath-saath dimag ki bhi batti gul ho gai aapki..haww bechari meri bhabhi batti gul mangetar mil rahe hain unhe.
Chintu (stops)- KYAA???
Ketaki- Uff..bhai mere chhote-chhote kaano par reham karo..
Chintu- Reham..ab toh mai bilkul bhi reham nahi karunga tujh par..bahot bolne lagi hai tu..saying this he again starts chasing her.
Both were running and chasing round and round the whole room until Chachi comes and shouts at them.
Chachi- Ye kya ho raha hai? Aaj ke din bhi dono bacho ki tarah lad rahe ho..Chintu beta ye toh chhoti hai par tum toh samajhdari dikhao ab shaadi hone wali hai tumhari.
Ketaki- Hehehe..
Chintu- Bachi nahi dadi amma hai ye hum sab ki Chachi..har waqt budho jaisi baatien karti hai.
Ketaki (frowns)- Don't call me dadi amma.
Chintu- Dadi amma dadi amma dadi amma..he teases her more.
Ketaki- Chachi dekho na bhai ko.
Chintu- Ab Chachi se kyu complaint kar rahi ho dadi amma.
Ketaki- BHAI..bandh karo mujhe wo bulana.
Chintu- Tu mujhe pareshaan karna bandh karde mai dadi amma bulana bandh kar dunga.
Ketaki- Kabhi nahi.
Chintu- Thik hai phir mera bhi kabhi nahi.
Ketaki thinks for a while and then smirks.
Ketaki- Ok.
Chintu- What ok?
Ketaki- Aajse mai aapko pareshaan nahi karungi.
Chintu- Hmm..thik hai mai bhi tujhe aajse dadi amma nahi bulaunga.
Chachi- Ab agar samjhauta ho gaya ho toh ready ho jao phir hume nikalna bhi hai.
Both nodes and after getting ready all four left for the venue.
Jagdamba Nivas
There is a lot of hustle-bustle in the house while the opposite in Dolly's room. Dolly was sitting in front of the mirror lost while a neighbours daughter was doing her little make-up and wearing her simple jewellery. After finishing her task, the girl looks at Dolly and smiles seeing her hardwork.
But Dolly just sat there with a lower head and doesn't moves her head upwards to look at herself even once. The girl gets confused at her this behaviour but thinks it as her shyness and smiles. Meanwhile, the groom with his family also arrives so she lefts the room to see them leaving Dolly all alone lost in her miseries.
Nani- Nana ji welcomes them inside and makes them sit and offers them snacks and beverages till the muhurat.
After sometime, Pandit ji announces that its time for the engagement, call the bride to start the rituals. The neighbour girl goes to take Dolly to the hall.
Girl- Dolly chal Pandit ji bula rahe hain.
Dolly listens to her but doesn't gets up to go. Then girl comes upto her, makes her stand and takes her in the hall. The distance from her room to the hall was like a century for Dolly as she doesn't find her steps this much heavy any other time as she was hell-nervous because of this sudden engagement.
On reaching the hall, the groom gets mesmerised seeing her in deep blue chiffon saree complementing her skin color perfectly. He was so much lost in her that he doesn't even notice when she came and stand opposite to him. His concentration broke with the voice of Pandit ji who was doing the pre-rituals and then says to exchange the rings.
Nani gives the ring to Dolly to make her wear first. Dolly with shivering hands takes the ring and moves her hand towards him to make him wear it. She tries to make him wear it without touching it but it was very difficult like this way because he has stretched his fingers.
But like sensing her hesitance and her shivering hand, he softens his fingers a little so that she can make him wear the ring. She tries again and this time gets successful. After her, he too wears her the ring in the same manner seeing her nervousness.
Touched by his gesture, she raises her eyes a little and notices that he has worn a purple color sherwani but then downcast them again without seeing his face. Once the engagement was done, both takes the blessings of their elders and then they were made to sit together and made to eat sweets.
In between all this, one soul was fuming in anger seeing all this i.e. Lolly. She was very upset and angry on Dolly for accepting to get married and not voicing out her feelings. She don't even want to come in the engagement but she was her bestie so to see how her would-be is she came to the engagement and seeing his gestures towards Dolly she was little relieved but the doubt was still there. So she decided to get it clear in her own way and comes back to her home as she was still angry on Dolly.
Then the elders went to discuss about the marriage and its pre-rituals with the Pandit ji which are to be held after the two weeks according to their kundali's. Discussing everything grooms family took their leave and Dolly also goes back to her room.

ek taraf khushi h to ek taraf dukh...chintu is feeling happing after meeting dolly while dolly is sad dat she lost her mother's belonging i really feel fr her...cant see her like dat...ab to bas jaldi se chintu mile use aur yahanse chutkara n achchi sukoon ki zindagi mele mein dolly nahi gai but 9t a prob nani ji wo kami puri kar dengi jo abhi h...haina
