Although a bit wavered from comedy, but I liked this spicy drama

Awesome performance by Mukund.. All his reasons were so justified...If Govind doesn't think before giving money to Titu why does he care whether Mukund is buying a comb or toothbrush??

Yay! So glad someone else likes Mukund. He easily became my favorite character today, as weird as that is. It was a nice change to see a Mukund-centric episode rather than a Panchi- or Titu-centered one. He is, like Keshav, also handsome 😳. Sometimes seeing a male character being ambitious and angry at the world is pretty hot.

Mukund is definitely justified in what he's saying. Vaishali's a little too crooked for me, though. Khair, I do really like seeing their jodi on-screen. It seems like Mukund is starting to warm up to her in a really sweet way.

Yesterday's episode was an eye opener. We don't get to see joint families any more but in fiftees and sixtees there were many brothers families living together and there were only one Patriache in the family.
My own dad financially supported his elder brother's family of 3 kids. We lived separately but the boys turned out to be full of complexes. They cheated my dad in whatever ways possible. For 30 years we were not in touch. My father is hurt beyond repair but that love for his brothers family is still there.
Mukunds and his brothers attitude is not at all shocking for me.
TMHero episodes in future will showcase all this only. It will make viewers angry, hurt but whatever said an done..
Every family needs their own head. No uncle's love or money can replace what your father can do.
Mother has to be very strong, intelligent and worldly wise woman if she is both mom and dad to her kids.

Well, what Mukund said( about Titu) was to some extent correct...but he can't challenge GN on his spending...coz its GN hard earned money, he has not inherited from his father and so both Mukund and his brother should be grateful rather than arguing GN about the way he spends his money...as far favoring Titu is concerned...I think GN is equally pissed off and which father would not like his son to be independent having self-respect.
TBH,I found Mukund completely disrespectful yesterday and thankless (his was not the first incident)...

Sorry, but why can't he challenge GN? If GN himself said that Mukund and Keshav are like Titu for him, then he should treat them the same, but he clearly doesn't! He gives spending money to Titu without expecting him to do any work for it, yet demands that Mukund earn it. That's why Mukund got so upset.

I'd also like to add that @bold was not Mukund or Keshav's fault. GN is blood-related to both of these men and he had a hand in raising them as well. It doesn't seem far-off to say that GN should treat them like his own children. There's no "ehsaan" (favors) in family. At least, I don't think so.

Well, still you can't deny the fact that GN has one son...and Mukund and Keshav are brother's son to whom he considers as his sons...

I disagree with you. I do think GN does have the right to spend the money he earned the way he want. Mukund and Keshav are his nephews not sons; and yet he has done a brilliant job raising them up with love and providing for them. And it is not like he does not scold Titu for his laziness or for sitting at home doing nothing. Infact Titu gets scolded the most, almost every day. So he is not a blind father who covers his son's fault and gives him money to go and spend as much as he want. If Mukund was blaming Surekha for spoiling Titu, I would have agreed - because actually it is her, and not GN. Mukund talking like that to GN was way too disrespectful and very rude of him ... and considering the so called "Mukund with a law degree doing nothing", is kinda equivalent to Titu.

In my opinion, there is a difference between Titu and Mukund/Keshav - they are not GN's sons, Titu is. No matter what people say, its human nature that Parents have this selfless, unconditional bonding with their children, which they cannot (there are exceptions I agree) replicate exactly for their nephews etc. Though GN has done a great job, but still he himself admitted to Surekha that with Titu its different, as he is his son.

If I was at Mukund's place, I would have been greatful to my uncle for looking after me all these years, making me capable enough to earn my own living. I would have gone out, got myself a job and earned my own money to send on my family. Infact would have helped my uncle if he needed any help. Mukund blaming GN is totally alien to me, I don't get his POV, his inclination/desire to inherit his uncle's property, given that Titu is the rightful heir.

Agree with you completely same thing happened to my dad He was so hurt with cheating but other one doesnt have any shame for his deeds . Infact he makes excuses to put blame on my father. we still met and in touch but scars left on my dad's heart and it will remain forever No matter what an uncle do .Every kid needs his father and if thats not possible a mother should be wise so she can nurture the kid without complexes

But Mukund never think him like father .He didnt think about him when he is getting married to vaishali secretly .He ju He just wants money and enjoy luxury of life without any efforts whether it came from GN or vaishali's father Sole reason of his marriage to vaishali was money and property and vice varsa for vaishali I like vaishali to some extent atleast she isnt cheating her own family like Mukund GN always scolds titu for his laziness thats different he is immune to it while he first scold Mukund and he reply in such harsh manner. He has degree ,capability .He can go very far than Titu who doesnt have any good degree .In my opinion Mukund should focus on his life
