Lunch: I have a proper lunch with roti, subzi, dal, rice and chicken.
Mid meal: Dig into chicken sandwich or some kind of a fish snack. This is foolowed with a glass of protein shake.
Dinner: Dinner is light, just salads. Sometimes I do have roti and subzi too. But try and avoid rice at night. On days when I am awake till late night, I fill myself with protein shake.
Exercise: I generally workout early in the morning. On days when I pack up early from shoot, I workout at evenings too. I concentrate on two body parts a day, and cardio three days a week.

Breakfast: Should be a balanced mixture of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Start with vegetable juice or soaked nuts (almonds, walnuts) and then move on to having whole wheat breads with egg white or upma and poha with coconut and vegetables. After lunch have fruits. Avoid having protein shake. It is best to take protein in its natural form which is in the form of nuts. Excess protein leeches calcium out of the body, damages kidneys and is stored as extra fat.
Lunch: Begin your lunch by having a salad. Raw food is live food. It will do good to your digestive system.
Mid meal: You are consuming excess protein. Avoid protein shakes. Have vegetable or a chicken sandwich or sushi instead.
Dinner: Have salad, soup and grilled vegetables. When you are up till late have fruits and not protein shake.
