I think its coz they over promoted the show... Kyy was never promoted and its became a hit through word of mouth... Before it aired there were hadly 2 or 3 promos were shown... The channels complete focus was on fanaah... If we comapre the first 20 episodes of kyy and sh kyy is far better in all the department...

The casting of kyy is also better than wh... For eg manik is shown as an extremely gud luking guy with an attitude to watch out for abd parth fits it perfectly not just by acting but physically too... In wh sid is also shown as a very gud luking guy and girls drool over him but ashwini from no angle luks like a stud to me even though his acting is ok... It would have been ok if he was shown as a normal guy without so much hype...
