The episode begins with Pam reprimanding Nivedita for getting impatient about her engagement with Neil, Pam says the situation was too volatile ,and Neil was too worried over Suhaani , she would talk him into engagement when he was in better mood. Nivedita thinks that she better do something or her engagement with Neil will never happen, if things went on like this .
Suhaani is in her room and telling Agham , she desires to go to Delhi and meet her friend Kareena , Pam comes there and dissuades her as she was weak from surgery, But Suhaani makes Nishi pretend to be suhaani's friend Kareena and talks to Pam, and persuades her to send Suhaani over to her house.
Pam finds the voice familiar but fails to place her, she warns Suhaani against leaving the house and asks her to wait for Neil's approval.
Nivedita comes to hospital to meet neil , Dr Aman happens to meet her, They get into an argument over how she never got a chance to meet Neil at home ??that she had to come to hosp to meet Neil ?? Nivs makes an excuse
Ragini is having bad headache , Dr Aman offers to massage her head , even though Ragini dissuades him, As Aman is about to massage her head , right that moment Neil enters and thinks Aman was giving head massage to Ragini. He comments that if Ragini was having headache, there must be some thing troubling her badly , he asks her to tell him the reason that gave her headache, He might solve her problems and then she would be headache free.
Ragini informs Neil everything that happened between her and Shilpa, shilpa's mom and Ranbir the previous night, Neil wants to give the boy freedom but Rags is against it, She tells Neil how Arav was better controlled by her Neil asks her not to restrict Arav too much.
RK comes to hosp to meet Ragini and he discovers some one had placed suhani's foto on ragini's desk, he distracts her and successfully removes that pic from the desk , He wonders who might that person be who placed the pic for rags to see ?? , RK is taken away from Ragini by the other lady doctor.
RK misses no chance to flirt with her , she shares with him how she was line maroing Neil , when she was embarrassed to discover he was ex husband of Ragini
Elsewhere Ragini informs Neil that there was invitation from Nishi's sasuraal about nishi's first navratri, Neil remembers their own first navratri, They fondly recollect their first navratri together .
Agham bribes a beggar / destitute woman with food and cash and makes her talk to Pam faking as the mother of suhaani's friend Karena , Pam finally agrees to send suhaani to her friends house, Suhaan is thrilled about this .
Pam them informs Neil about suhaani's wish , she asks neil to make the decision as she was not good mother any more as she had taken wrong decisions, Neil the praises her efforts to bring up the kids , that he trusted her and he appreciated her efforts, He praises her for giving the kids love care understanding, He lovingly hugs pan as she gets emotional and starts crying
RK comes there and jokes, asking Pam to stop crying and to save the tears for her bidaayi, Neil jokes about RK-Pam wedding that he was waiting for last 15 yrs .Pam smiles and goes away from there after giving a loving slap to RK
RK then shows the pic of suhaani to Neil, He admires the pic of the sweet girl, RK then informs neil tht this pic was placed on Ragini's table by someone and he removed it before she got the chance to see it , Neil says someone was trying to create differences between him and Ragini by fanning the Suhaani issue , he wonders who might that be .
