was the soul living in harry destroyed?

if yes then voldemort is finished forever and if not,then he is still alive...in harry.....

coz when voldemort attacked harry in forest,he could not kill him...or did he actually destroy his own horcrux accidently?

and y did jk mention at the end of the book that the scar didnt hurt for 19yrs?

He actually destroyed his OWN SOUL which was in Harrys body but Harrys soul lived becoz of the Hallows

You know, I always thought it was like this

Voldemort killed Harry in the forest & then at King's cross, where DD mentions that only GOOD can go back, maybe that's why Harry could go back..but the part of the soul of Voldy in him stayed because it was the bad guy..

I know..pretty dumb!..but it's possible naa!

No thats not possible (not offending you) becoz JKR said in that bloomsbury chat that voldys soul had gone and Harry had now lost the power of speaking parseltongue also..

its not dumb...U are absolutely right..thats the point...

that is the reason Harry could come back...the connection between Harry and Voldy is such that if they attempt to kill one another, the purity of their heart maters..Harry's heart was full of love and so he cud make the DECISION to come back while Voldemort is sooo evil that when he goes to that place between heaven( well hell in his case) and earth, he cannot make a choice but go on...which is why the part of Voldmeort in Harry couldnt come back but Harry could

Do you guys realise that if Voldemort had wanted, he and harry both could have lived!! He was pretty stupid to let it go though, he could have pretended to be good and then 10 years later he could have reverted beack to his old ways.
