Voldemort forcibly took Harry's blood. He took Harry's blood which is protected by Lily's sacred Sacrifice, Thereby making sure that neither can kill each other due to the blood running thru their veins.

He made sure Lily's sacrifice lives on and thus he and Harry cannot kill one another. N Dumbledore realized it when Harry explained how Voldemort had really come back to life. n by doing this, he made certain that his last hope of living will live on as Harry CANNOT kill him.

Therefore, when LV did AK on Harry, Harry didnt die coz runnig in both their veins is the same blood with Lily's Protection.
which is why Lord Voodmeort can never kill Harry Potter

Hope it helped 😊

^^^ 😕 😕 😕 I think he returned coz he HAD a choice...ie: he can either go back or go on....
He chose to go back and he can make that choice between life and death bcoz he is not really dead and his heart is full of love....
