I always wondered what Manik's tattoo meant.

Earlier some ppl said it is Fab5's logo.

But Fab5's logo is this-the one in Nandu's hand of course.

And Manik's tattoo is this-

Recently Cat made a post Fireflies and Stars

And I happened to see the tattoo again.. Now I'm thinking if the creature at the centre is a Firefly holding the Star wand. Is it? Isn't it?

Then there are buildings on either sides LOL.

So, the concept?

The building is the SPACE and our MaNan--(Manik-firefly and Nandini-star) are flying away from the academy as they tired of not being together (definitely tired of CVs not making them unite)

Buildings signify corporate ruthless world. Man is Manik. Star is what guides him in this ruthless world.

Basically, it is the story in a nutshell of how the lonely, lost boy who comes from a broken home and knows the realities of a cruel world but still believes in stars to shine for him, to wish upon holds on to the latter to give him light and to guide him.
