Basically from what i remember

Ruhi's custody was given to Ishita and not Raman. 😕

so doesnt that mean that Shagun couldnt have frauded raman because Raman signed the papers to give Shagun custody of Ruhi...didnt they require Ishita's signature to pass on Ruhi to Shagun?

and im sure there are ways to prove that shagun was frauding him

otherwise the whole world will start cheating this way...

it also needs to be cleared on the show, itself. Dont think Shagun should be allowed to get away with this.

about the latter part of your topic/question...

they DID have proof, which was why they went to court that day, and ruhi would easily be theirs, they had the letter from that lawyer, but then Ishita HERSELF declined Ruhi's custody. She herself did it for Adi, not that shagun couldnt be proved wrong. Ishita Raman hid the letter that proved Shagun's fraud.
