Who's daughter is Victoire?😕

Victoire is Bill and Fleur's daughter. All we know about her is that she seems to be quite interested in Teddy Lupin^^

Yup, Victorie is Bill and Fleur's daughter ji. We aren't told this, but the name is French so it's obvious. Teddy isn't a werewolf, b/c Lupin tells Harry when he makes Harry Godfather, that Teddy has inherited Tonks genes, and is what she is ji(sorry, but I can't spell what it's called, it starts with an 'a').

actually, the 'a' you're talking about is animagus, that not what Tonks is, Sirius & Pettigrew are animagus's!..Tonks is a metaphormungus(something like that)..& see that, maybe Teddy is too!

As simran rightly said Teddy is not a werewolf but he is a metamorphagus. It starts with an M n not with an A.

Metamorphagus - The ability to change one's appearance at will. Wizards that are not born with the ability have to learn the hard way or just use a wand (or potions) to change their appearances. (OotP, Pg.52 English version).

teddy is not a werewolf..jk has confirmed this in a interview and yeah he is a metamor..watever it is..coz lupin told us..in shell cottage that his hair color has changed within an hr of his birth...tonks mother,andromeda said that the same happened wid tonks as well

so he is a meta...watever....
