1. Armaan looks hot in his wardrobe

2. Riddhima has the prettiest face in the hospital

3. Atul is too adorable for words

4. Rids actually cares about her patients

5. Armaan and Rids fight half the time

6. It's not the same cast as Sanjeevani 😕

7. It's about the heart and not people's medical problems

8. Shashank isn't bad looking for a dad

9. It's a daily not a weekly

10. We can page Dr. Armaan any time of day or night. HAHA!
