@Spuja: don't worry. I have also been taught the difference between constructive and destructive criticism on another thread.

It is ironic that at a time when the highest court has emphatically ruled against the curtailment of freedom of expression, we have a censor board on the forum deciding what is permissible and what is not.
If you ask me: the only ground for objection can be when the comment is personal against an actor or when a character is abused in foul language..

Neither you nor I have ever crossed this limit. Nor for that matter anyone in the broad category of people known as "so-called neutral viewers.

Your calling Anandi "insensitive" is your perception of the orphanage episode which you saw from the POV of the child. How this amounts to crossing the boundary is beyond my comprehension.

I had left the forum precisely for this reason: realized one has to be a 100 per cent fan to survive here. You had left too. I came back when I saw the return of discussions.

Made a mistake.

I avoided mentioning puja's name but had to because Jagya Ganga fans thought it was about them.
I usually go by circumstances than logic sometimes.

I am not smart or intelligent or bias free and who am I to censor? Writing about constructive criticism in a general vein seems to have irked. Freedom of expression is only reserved for people with higher IQ. Not to lower IQ people like me.

From now on I will write without offending the IF rules but I wont like or participate in discussions.

I will leave it to forum members.

All the best.

Thanks Rohini. At least someone feels that I have as much right to post my views as other members...
But still I cannot understand why leaves took so much offence for my posts. I never badmouth any character, never use Anandi mata or so many objectives I have seen in the forum. Still people have problem with my posts only and not with those posts where people use such language. Now I reread the two threads where I posted yesterday - and it seems - all the barbs (by leaves and by Anandi's fans) were directed towards me - I could not understand then - but now it is clear.

I always limit my posts to the track - what creatives wanted to show was Anandi's disappointment in yet again unsuccessful attempt of finding her daughter. But the track was poorly written (with some very good acting). So, we get to see Anandi going to meet the girl - never pausing and thinking how her daughter could reach the orphanage - the orphanage incharge also did not first tried to confirm the identity and the result was that the girl as well as Anandi got a heart break. Now the mother in me almost always compels me to think the situation from the point of view of child first. That is what I had written in Amol's biological parents track also and yesterday also I recalled only that track - did not mentioned what Anandi did/did not do in other cases. It was limited to the track. Adults have more thinking power and have seen this world more compared to children - so a heartbreak of a child is more traumatic compared to an adult. That is what I was saying.

But end result is many mocking posts - Anandi should die, Anandi is villain etc. etc. and then a whole new thread to declare that my comments are uncharitable. If various posts calling names for Anandi are not offensive - then why a post seeing the track from the viewpoint of a child is offensive? Is it because truth is bitter than false accusations?
