I still believe Neil did not said complete truth to Suhani, I believe he said this to appease Suhani, truth factor may be something else which Neil didn't want to reveal, I think CV's will not end flashback in such a way hardly 3 episodes, because flashback is a trump card episode for CV's, may be there will be a further flashback episode in the future. Because Neil-Ragini split could be more reasons, remember initially Neil said in one episode to Ragini about life when she was confronting Neil during Shilpa accident, I believe there is much more in flashback what was expected.

Well the only secret left now is how roopali died. I think Neil might hide the fact that Ragini prevented him from going to Roopali operating on her on time which caused her death, infact he might say Roopali was very sick so she died.
