Kinshuk is been shown twice talking to Sarthak's Wife & then Shefali,Vidhi(Kiran) . First when he was shown where he is trying to listen to another person ..He is with Sarthak's Wife . And Next Time where He is with Shefali..He was talking to Vidhi(Kiran) .
