DT did not forget Jiggy at all.
Refer to the scene where Parth and Yo Yo reveal everything to Randhir (after which Randhir slaps both)... there Yo Yo tells him, "Rana se Ester aur Jiggy ke maut ka badla lena hai" So it is understood that they were doing all this for Jiggy too. They need now show all the flashbacks for which they would ruin the flow of the scenes.
