Ugadi Pachdi - It does have a unique taste :) :) Are you from South ? :)

Yes.. Am from Andhra Pradesh. Don't live there though.

Ugadi pachidi is prepared on Telugu New Year's day.

Yep even in Tamil new year day we make a pachdi like the Ugadi one :)

So aparna is from andhra. and Kase is from TN.

Happy new year day to all of you.

Ugadi pachdi is kuch khatti kuch mithi. Neem and jaggery. Other things can be added like raw mango slices.

thank you & wish you the same - Tamil New year day is next month - we follow the solar calendar like Kerala, Punjab & few North Indian states :)
