Hi Guys,

A good friend of mine from RR and HS forums just started watching the show...no has made these wonderful collages! A shout out to UltimateRudra urf Shweta for her creations!!

I started watching NAUC a couple of weeks back...right when the kidnapping track was going on and when Kabir and Nisha got married...I got hooked and have been enjoying the show. So much so, that even though I now have desiTV though dish, this is the only show I am watching regularly and with so much interest.

What I love about the show is the positivity, the light heartedness and most of all family values. In this day and age, when a lot of us have never lived in joint families and where the way of life is very individualistic this show is a refreshing glimpse perhaps a fairytale of sorts...of what can be on the other side...it's not all about losing freedom...it is also about thinking about others, loving your loved ones...and being happy... The struggle between individual aspirations and family constraints is highlighted beautifully by struggle between Ramesh and Dadaji...and then there is Nisha...who is young, spirited, determined...but also...one who cares for her family and not only the family but strangers like that little girl...

Perhaps it is better for someone like me who just started watching the show and has no background on Viraj and Nisha or their relationship to like. Kabir and NIsha as a pair...but I am really enjoying the pair...

Kabir is just the perfect guy for a strong willed girl like Nisha, who doesn't want decisions made for her...He is comfortable with allowing her ...her space...doesn't expect perfection from her...(loves ?)/ cares for her unconditionally...Doesn't get annoyed or angry when she acts up...and has an easy way about him to not hold back and enjoy the moment or overcome whatever problem they are facing at the moment...

Loved the Sangeet and the dance sequence ...Kabir is a very good dancer...and with him Nisha moved with ease...feeling desired, feeling beautiful...!!! Of course she looked beautiful too!

I also liked the scene between cousins...and with her old friend...specially when he introduced himself as her boyfriend...

Other notable scenes today were the one between Ramesh and Luxmi...about the financial reality of a daughters marriage...and consequences of not following a set path to earn money...fortunately ...they saved us heartache by showing Ramesh and Luxmi were prepared for the day.

But most of all I liked the scene between Nisha and Kabir...when she declares that she is not a Kati Patang...whose destiny is decided by the one who catches her...she is a modern woman...in charge of her own choices and her own destiny! And of course Kabir who can appreciate such a girl!!!

The patang dialogue by Nisha is by far my favorite in any show i have watched. FINALLY a woman who is not dependent for her identity on an anchor.. She become her own anchor. LOVED IT to bits. I did a secret "woman power" cheer at that dialog.

having said that.. Kabir is so perfect...so so perfect for Nisha that i almost fear that tomorrow precap is a fake... they might throw a wrench in the wheel and stop the karbir-nisha marriage somehow. I do not like that in the precap they simply show Nisha has made up her mind and not that the marriage actually takes place.

But the way Kabir so simply fits right not Nisha's world.. without disturbing it.. and lets her be.. all that she can be... Its every woman's dream. I wish Nisha to have that dream.

Yes, JC, Kabir is just too perfect a guy...like a dream...and I am afraid that as the day breaks the dream too is not broken...

But overall the show is very positive...so I am optimistic...that whatever they show will be good...

I also liked that Kyra is (most likely) truthful to Viraj...and told him the real story...Real choices are the ones that are made with full information and all options being open...

Lets see where is Nisha in her mind and what real choice she makes when all options are available to her...

Just saw the promo...so I guess everyone knew the choice she is going to make...silly me...thought it was some suspense...😆

Well I just watched the episode and I love the way Kabir is so inquisitive about Nisha's past. About why she never danced? You dont see too many men on Indian TV taking initiative on healing their lady love's pain. He wants her to gain confidence. How sweet indeed!

I know. This show has defied the usual twists till now. Its a very positive show. So I am holding my breath. It would be such a heart break if it doesn't happen. Kabir is not a perfect character.. he is as immature as Nisha maybe. But the fact that he doesn't let his imperfection or someone else's be a defining factor.. makes him such a darling. He accepts his own weaknesses and strengths.. so its easy for him to accept someone else as they are. I think that is the greatest personal perfection one can achieve... to be ok with who you are and to be able to accept others as they are.

I can't sleep without knowing who is going to be Nishu's life partner. The girl has such spunk that only one who truly knows how to appreciate her should get to be with her. They way Ramesh encourages Nisha.. thats how I see Kabir acting in Nisha's life.. a positive force... much needed in her life.. cause she has been fighting a long hard fight to remain the positive torch in her family.

You are right Kabir is not a perfect character...he is immature, doesn't take things seriously and I am sure many other things...but what I like about him is that he is the perfect guy as far as relationships go...He cares for people...knows how to make them feel good...he can tease, he can laugh, he can respect, he can challenge, he can accept someone's wishes, he can care less about someone condemnation...he can put others needs before his, but he doesn't wallow in self pity...

He is a force...without even asserting himself...but yes most of all he can accept people as they are...😃

Great post and Shweta🤗 So good to see you and your lovely collages - it's a treat to see Nibir the way you capture them.

I watched the show prior to the kidnapping track when Nisha was in love with Viraj and I didn't really understand how she could be. He's not a bad guy (take out the recent incidences of his ass like behaviour) but I was waiting for them to "break up" - and I must say the show is so much more entertaining with the addition of Kabir then it ever was when Viraj and Nisha were "together".

Here I come to invade this place too 😆

I had seen some episodes before Kabir entered and found whole thing quite boring 🥱 Today I tuned in to see why are you guys so much happy with this show and yes this is better than before!!

Now I understand there is whole divide on this place abt old versus new guy and all ! Some say due to chemistry (for record I saw none between Nisha-Viraj) or which pair appeals, etc.

Bottom line is whatever pair fetches them trp will be the one, simple as that 😛

But aside from it all may I say word or two on whole issue ! It's not abt crush, first love or even true love non sense. It should be abt respect ! As a girl who do you want to be with? A guy who looks good, acts all tough and macho who may be successful. But at same time is consumed in whatever hurt he has, he is emotionally immature, weak minded who has to pull out him being hurt at every step, requires you to prove yourself or your worth to him over and over, doesn't respect you or cares enough to understand you despite saying I love you and is simply an idiot !!

Or be with a guy who may be average in looks and other things but is understanding, willing to see your perspective, support you even when you are not 100 % confident abt the matter and won't run to cry every time he's hurt?

It is not abt being a perfect person, just be yourself and accept it !!

I wud say I am bit annoyed with Nisha gal who still keeps thinking abt Viraj dude or gives guy importance. I get it first time crush/love whatever but after so much humiliation she needs to stand up and be like heck with you.

There's saying in Gujarati - tu nahi ne taro bhai bijjo ! Here it is very literal, Viraj nahi to uska bhai Kabir sahi 😆
