Those aren't leggings. That's medical sticky tape that athletes sometimes wear.

You've seen Balotelli (Italian forward) wearing those when he famously took off his shirt during a goal celebration in the last world cup.

The three strips going lengthwise stick and offer support to the muscles. It's probably related to that hamstring "shaken not stirred" tweet that SRK made earlier.

Tho' calling it as pink leggings was funny.

Thats kinesio tape. Athletes wear it all the time to stabilize muscles. They also use it to treat sprains, tears and even broken bones.
