Abhishek makes Rishi Kapoor join social networking site

Some actors love social media while some prefer keeping their personal lives far from prying eyes. Interestingly, Rishi Kapoor, who has always guarded his personal life from the media and fans, now seems to have become more social. The veteran actor has recently joined a social networking site and is quite enjoying interacting with his fans on a day-to-day basis.

Incidentally, the person behind Rishi suddenly becoming active on social media is none other than Abhishek Bachchan. Rishi reveals that he was very much active on social networking sites a few years back but left it for some reasons. But this time he joined a social networking site again on the insistence of his Abhishek.Rishi says, "I am working with Abhishek Bachchan on All Is Well and he convinced me, rather he made me join the social networking site. He told me I should be on social networking sites and it feels good to connect with fans."

Recently, Rishi was in the news for his views on beef ban in Maharashtra. Known for openly expressing his views, the actor now keeps posting his opinions about important things on his account.Apart from that, Rishi also loves to give insights about the Kapoor clan by posting old pictures of the family and sharing interesting facts about them. Interestingly, his wife Neetu Kapoor too joined Twitter a few years back but she was never active on the site, however, she is quite active on Instagram.Their daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also likes interacting on social networking sites but the same can't be said about Kapoor scion Ranbir, who is believed to not be very comfortable on social media.
