The photos are depressing, irrespective of the intention behind posting them. I have a cat, and I cannot imagine a day without it. Pets affect our lives tremendously... people hurt you, leave you, judge you. Pets accompany you in your sadness and happiness. Call me a crazy cat lady, but I can relate to the pics.:(
