I have seen many posts regarding the current track and ridiculing the cvs for having amnesia that ishita has the permanat custody of ruhi! I beg to differ, ishita does have the permanat custody of ruhi ,so shagun cannot claim for ruhis custody via normal court trial, but over here raman who is the biological father of ruhi has himself sighned the documents stating that he is handing over ruhi's custody to her biological mother i.e shagun, so i see no where the cvs have gone wrong! We have to bear in mind that raman and shagun are ruhi's biological parents and ishita eventhough above shagun is an outsider from the law pov! All the custody matters can only be decided between raman and shagun, what i think is,the judge at the time of giving the permanant custody meant to say that she is giving the permant custody to raman who's wife is ishita so that shagun cannot file another case of custody for ruhi against raman! Added to this ishita running away with ruhi has made the case more weak for the bhallas! I dont think now anything can be done unless there is another out of court settlement between raman and shagun and this time shagun may keep a condition to raman that if he wants ishita to get ruhi's custody then he must divorce ishita and remarry her! In this way adi will also come back to him and ruhi can be in the safe hands of ishita! Shagun now would be extra carefull with raman and would make the papers by herself so that there is no question of cheating! Raman out of guilt and for ruhis future may agree and will end up marrying After which the show might take a leap and subbu or mani might reenter ishita's life, and raman may try uniting ishita and subbu/mani. Shagun though ramans wife will not get any love and respect from him! I see this track coming into picture
