I think dhruv is speaking of musicana faceoff where fab5 performed on manja song n manik sang on phone becoz he was with rishabh n then dhruv covered for manik , saying that manik was with nyonika. Ut still i have wierd feeling they may come up with v ka issue maybe dhruv knows about manik and v relationship.

i think it is the secret related to manik and harshad remember once manik said harshad i will tell everyone the secret before diwali night

I think manik might be one of the reason for nandhu's parents death ...not intentionally may be some accident ...n dhruv could have covered it ...ter is a reason for dhruv's n rishab's attack ...n manik might not know they are actually nandhu's parents ..may be he will come to know bot this after some days n might regret his doing ..He might try to protect nandhu at the same time might try to hide the fact that he is behind her parent's death in some way ..sametime nandhu might come to know bot this but might still accept maniks love for her ...This is purely my guessing ...cv's might have some other idea too. ..
