Guys, why should we presume she has runaway with Ruhi. What if she has taken Ruhi somewhere to spend some time with her and buy her some things. She has 24 hours from previous night means she still have 12 hours left to handover Ruhi to Shagun. Till such time it is her choice where she spend time with her daughter. Just because Shagun comes early morning, doesn't mean Ruhi should be ready with her bags.

That's a crime, you know. And it can go against Bhallas and cost them Ruhi's custody. If we leave aside, Ishita's selfish deed of leaving everyone alone, this reckless deed is wrong if she's got some knowledge about the law. In the end, she dug her own grave.
