I haven't watched Ugli 😆 This one is about corruption..Or atleast the original was..The male lead loses his family & kids due to the collapse of their building ( which in turn was because the approval for construction was wrongly given thanks to corruption)..So he recruits students from his college every year & vows to take revenge..Eventually kidnaps the top 10 officials from every Govt. office/ organisation who are guilty of corruption & kills them ( so the rest stop taking bribes out of fear that they'l be in top 10)..The movie was actually pretty entertaining 😆
