micshy, compare the scene where Aahil is looking for Sanam in the streets last week, with the car scenes during Washing Machine episodes. I'm not saying the they were bad (though that part after Aahil saves Sanam and we see him driving in his car-- it was kind of abruptly edited), but you can see a clear improvement in quality now compared to then

Compare the outdoor scenes, truck/road scenes, Chenab river and Pakistan introduction, with the outdoor scenes of Punjab and introduction to S2.

You see the difference. It's not surprising, the situations and position of the show and resources were different then.

Rehan's death..the actual death and aftermath was shot well. But right before that, where Sulaiman was trying to reveal to Aahil and Tanveer was pointing the gun...the direction and editing were weak. It's only once Rehan saw Aahil and started to run to save him that the direction picked up.

Kk i agreed with the last 3 episodes part 😆😆 i agree that froday's episode was defintely well shot n executed.. Right frok the beginning... But i was talking from an overall impact point if view... And thats personal opinions too.. I mean what i might have liked might not be liked by you.. But i still think that overall the frst 3 months left a long lssting impact... Even when today i watch the old episodes i still is this the same PH ... Atleast writing was way much better in the start even if execution was not...😛

Yeah, I agree. I am not knocking Season 2. It still holds a place in my heart.😆 It got us all into it, There are many things I would still give kudos for in Season Two. In fact, nothing I praised about Season Two back then is taken back, I still appreciate it and would stick by it.

And I agree with you on Friday's and Monday's episode. Especially Monday's--my eyes were glued to my hand-held screen.😆

Haven't watched last 3 weeks but watched today and am positive
The place where the shoot takes place is good, is it really Pakistan

For the fast time it looks like authentic Muslim show, attires prayers etc

^^ Attires vary and depend on the place, setting and environment. One setting is no less authentic than the other.

A show set in a metro and difference in attire, is no less authentic than the setting right now shown in S3 Pakistan.

But their location shoot is very nice indeed and is very beautiful.

Punit deserves more praise than we've given him. Unfortunately the track was such that we hardly cared. He came in a bit hyper as Faiz, but he became the best actor of that trio RaHaFa. And by best, I mean he was very good on his own, not comparatively with the other two.

That one man "stage performance" he did when he was pretending to fight with Haya's attacker... really, he was 👏

Punit was excellent in the scene u mentioned and also the climax scene for their track! Those bloodshot eyes challenging Rahat was amazing! I was very impressed! The character was not likable but Punit was amazing! For a newcomer, he was too good! If I was to rank the males this season, he would come second right behind KV and thats a huge compliment! Surbhi C was very good in the beginning in terms of acting graceful and later on as per character demands, she was able to change herself pretty quickly, she was also good in the final sequences! Her scenes with Aahil were also very nicely shown, though I wish they had more scenes together! These two def deserve a special mention, aside from Surbhi and KV!

I agree with you KK last 2 weeks of season 2 has been fantastically well executed from over all season 2! It was not that other times season 2 was not great but the nearing to end of season 2 stage was best executed! Starting from Ahil's abbu mystery murder, Rehan's death, the funeral, Tanveer revelation , Nawab's being alive to Revenge by Zoya was fantastically executed! And of course not to forget the last Sahil scenes and Sanam being replaced by Seher in truck...and falling in river and the best Ahil's being impatient in search of Sanam aka the last week was just brilliant! Its true Season 2 ended with a standard interesting ending and season 3 started with a mysterious exciting start. This was not the case during season 2 nor in end of season 1! Even season 3 started with pretty good execution. I hope they keep this constancy with good junoon storyline. Though season 2 is special to me 😆 let's see what season 3 gives us!
