Thanks for the written update. But how can a business tycoon sign the papers without reading (even though he read the draft copy), knowing Shagun so well, was he not supposed to read it carefully or made his lawyer read it before signing? Withour his own knowledge, he has signe to give Ruhi's custody to Shagun. Is it a joke to barter the kids?

forget the blame game but how is any of this even possible? how can such a contract even be valid? Can kids be swapped like commodities or even exchanged for money? I have no idea of how the law works regarding this but I find it hard to believe that all this is even possible! Nobody asks Adi or Ruhi where they want to stay? During Adi's custody, Shagun proved that Raman was violent with Adi and the court even slapped a restraining order against him right? And Ruhi's permanent custody is with Ishita now. All this does not matter? Just a signature on a piece of paper can change everything? Ridiculous! 😡🤢

Now I seriously want Ishita to file a case on both Shagun & Raman (as she can't file only on Shagun even Raman has signed the document and he can't claim that he signed with out reading.) saying that she is the custodian of Ruhi and they can't play with her custody, Neither Raman nor Shagun hasd any right on Ruhi and she can tell the court that Shagun is asking for 4 lakhs compensation from Raman every moth for her maitainance and how will she take care of Ruhi as she is not financially stable where as Ishita is working as a dentist and earn enough to support both her & Ruhi's expenses.

Raman can't sign for Ruhi's custody as he has no right on her custody. Legally Ishita is her custodian and only she can decide on her welfare.

I seriously don't get this. If they show Ruhi going to Shagun then totally illogical as Ishita has sole custody of Ruhi. Raman has no right to sign papers transferring Ruhi's custody.
