Madhuri Dixit was honoured by the Satyabhama University on the occasion of International Womens Day. This ceremony was a part of the event 'Filmfest 2015'.

Madhuri was bestowed with the honour entitled the 'Inspiring Icon Award of India'. The other recipients of this award included boxer Mary Kom and journalist Sagarika Ghose.

Madhuri attended the event and was all smiles as she was bestowed with the honour.
