whats happening?! summary plz!

ok so the last time i saw qubool hai was the neeli chand raat episode and then i kinda gave up qubool hai for a while cause there was no progression in the plot and now i come back and sanam is in pakistan and there are new entries! like W*F is happening?!?! I'm so confused! can someone please fill me in?
