Does poverty leads to crimes like rapes nd murders??

u all have seen India's daughter, right???so much has been written abt it but there is one thing in the documentary which we totally neglected. i dun remember that person's name but he was related to some juvinile rehab. he said the underaged kids commit such crimes coz they r illeterate & suffer from poverty🤢 ok i can totally understand that domestic violence is more in slums but does poverty gives u the license to rape or murder someone??😕

The mentality that female is responsible for rape is reson for rapes. Coz it opens hands of rapist to do wat ever he wants n blame it on the girl.
