Raman is the CEO of a MNC which is big, and everybody keeps telling that Raman have lots of money, in fact the bank person did tell Mr. Iyer that 2 lakhs is peanuts for Raman.

Then why suddenly did Raman looked shocked at Shagun's demand ? 😕

His salary must be at least 50 to 60 lakhs per month as per the kind of company (which participates in international awards needs to be big) in which he is shown to work. In fact these type of CEO's salary is 1 to 2 crore per month. So showing Raman shocked for 4 lakhs is like a shame, you could have at least shown the demand to be 40 lakhs, as it justifies both - Raman's post and Shagun's spendthrift nature. 🤢

I don't think Raman gets more than Rs 15 lakhs per month as a CEO. My father is a CEO at a big MNC company stationed in Mumbai and other places around the country. He gets 18 lakhs per month.
CEO gets incentive bonus which can be quite huge but in order to achieve that the company has to be well functioned. Ashok's company is on the verge of collapse.

But his post is still of CEO and secondly, Raman himself said that there is a raise in his salary from his other job. So financially and post is fyn, he has compromised with his self-respect in this job.

OK... I felt Raman's salary is huge coz CV's keep telling that Raman has lots of money. Secondly, Shagun's monthly expenses are definitely way more than 4 lakhs - what with kitty parties, daily spa, membership of many exclusive clubs and then shopping of designer saree's and jewellery, so everything led to conviction that Raman has hefty amount.
