He closed his eyes and sighed.
He had seen her at the mall with with Sanyukta. He had been talking with Arpita then when his gaze fell on her... so beautiful... so gorgeous. He had wanted nothing more but to touch her, corner her and feel her up. He had wanted to cocoon in her warmth but restrained himself for he knew something was wrong. He had seen her dull face, felt the pain that stabbed his heart when he saw her eyes moisten. Had something omnious happened? Had... had Varun done something...?
Her thoughts plagued him, her gloomy face haunted him; he had witnessed a sad Vidushi, consoled a weeping Vidushi but never had he faced a broken, a shattered Vidushi and it irked him. It irked him to know that Vidushi was hiding something from him... Why? It fueled his anger more to know that something rather someone was upsetting his Vidushi. Raw rage coursed withing him at the thought of someone else inhabiting Vidushi's mind.
Vidushi was his- soul, body and mind. The only person occupying her mind should be him. Her love, her companionship, her care and even her hatred, everything was meant to be his. Then how can she let anyone else capture what rightly belongs to him? How could she, rather how dare she think of that disgusting ba****d Varun?
He opened his eyes, blood shot red eyes and a low feral growl escaped his lips, "MINE!" His lips quirked up in a perilous lopsided smirk at the mere thought of his feisty cat... He'll have to teach her a lesson but first he'll erase the one engaging her mind...

An hour later...
He grinned maliciously as he left the place and looked up towards the sky as the heavy droplets drenched his masculine form. The lightning had set the heavens ablaze, the darkness overpowering the blue. Things have never been better as they were now. He licked his lips at the thought of his ultimate destination... His mate, his possession... His Vidushi.
His phone beeped, signaling an incoming message from... Vidushi?
"I never knew love that you are missing me so badly." An uncharacteristic beautiful smile etched across his face. He hurriedly opened the message to receive the biggest shock of his life. He was taken aback rather scandalized as his eyes furiously scanned the contents once again-
don't want to be a burden anymore. I'm breaking up with you Parth. -Vidushi"
