The episode starts off with Aryan thinking about his family's murders, how he had found them dead one day. It looks like he has not gone home again.
He receives a call informing him about a new case. The SS team land up on the crime scene. A woman, Dr. Manini Ruia has been found dead in her car. She has been shot in the head. There is a gun found in her car. Shotgun informs Aryan that the time of death is 12-12.30am. They find tat Manini had called a woman called Karthika from her cellphone last night at about 11.20pm. On calling Karthika, she tells them that Manini was leaving for her other's place last night. She is shocked to know about Manini's death. They also call, Gaurav Ruia, Manini's husband, who lands up on the crime scene. He says that he knows nothing about Manini going to Ahmedabad. Kathika reaches the place and accuses Gaurav of killing Manini and tells Aryan that Gaurav used to beat up Manini regularly.
Aryan, Ajay and Boxer take him to another place and thrash him up, he confesses to knowing about Manini leaving for Ahmedabad. When Deepika sees the bruises on Gaurav's face, she gets angry and tells that Aryan that no one apart from her will interrogate Gaurav. Gaurav tells Deepika that he was with his 'friend' from 7.30pm to about 10.30pm. But, Aryan and Ajay find that Gaurav left his girlfriend's place at 10.30pm. The lack of an alibi from 10.30pm onwards convinces Aryan that Gaurav is the murderer. But, Deepika is not as convinced about it and tells Aryan that he is mixing issues when he reminds her that Gaurav is a wife beater.
Aryan interrogates Karthika. She tells him that Manini was leaving for Ahmedabad to start life afresh. Aryan promises Karthika that he will bring Manini justice.
Shotgun tells Deepika that some fingerprints have been found on the gun found in Manini's car. She tells him not to tell Aryan since he takes everything too personally. However, Shotgun informs Aryan.
Ajay tries to apologise to Neha but she completely ignores him. Aryan receives a call informing him about a second case. This case is that of a man, Jackie Grover, who has been stabbed in the stomach. He is found dead in his car very close to the spot where Manini's car had been found. Shotgun tells Aryan that the fingerprints found on the gun are Grover's. They seem to find no other link as to how these two cases could be related.
From a nearby motel manager, Banwari they get information that Grover bought a cigarette packet from his shop. An underworld don called Abu Bhai calls the SS office where Deepika speaks to him and tells him to come to the SS Office.
Aryan is annoyed since obviously, the Bhai will not walk into the Special Squad Office. Deepika stops him from meeting this Abu Bhai saying that it is not right for policeman to meet people fromt he underworld and it will only end Aryan's career. Aryan tells Ajay and Boxer that his appendix had burst ten years ago, it had caused him great pain that time and the pain has begun again. Saying this, he clutches his stomach and starts screaming loudly. When Deepika asks, Ajay who is holding Aryan alongwith Boxer says that Aryan's appendix pain has started and points to the left. Deepika points out that the appendix is on the right. To save the situation, Aryan starts screaming loudly once again and they take him out of the office, the whole thing was too funny.
Once they're out of the office, they reach Abu Bhai's place and he tells Aryan that Grover ran away with his 1 crore rupees. Aryan tells him that they did not find any money in the car in which Grover had been found.
They examine Manini's car. Aryan realises that the bullet that smashed the windscreen was fired from inside the car and not outside. They also examine the car in which Grover was found and realise that one of the tyres is very cleaned as though irt has been changed recently. It begins to fit in slowly, they realise that Grover's tyre must have got punctured while he was running away with the money. He must have asked Manini for a lift and someone must have killed both of them and run away with the money. There is just one problem, that of time as per Banwari's alibi. Aryan reminds him that a witness could always lie. They catch hold of Banwari and confesses to the crime.
Deepika asks Aryan how his appendix problem is and he says that it was just acidity. deepika tells him that she is particular about following rules and regulations so that Aryan does not get a transfer letter in his hand too soon. Aryan taunts her that she has already started having dreams of his transfer, she replies that she did not mean to say that. Both of them enter their cabin together.
