Kill Me Heal Me - epi 16 OMG (spoilers)

When he was asking little Oh Ri Jin what her real name was I was like maybe she'll say Nana (even though i know that's the bear's name, but still never did i imagine that she would say Cha Doo Hyun). So what is Cha Doo Hyun's real name? is it Shin Se Gi? or will it be the name Mr. X uses In the beginning I wondered if possibly Shin Se Gi was the real personality, since he used to always say that he is the real one and the other one is the fake one, but over the course of the episodes I stopped thinking that and became sure that Cha Doo Hyun (don't even know what his real name is anymore) was the real personality. OR is Cha Doo Hyun still the real personality and his name is just fake? So many questions.

The family is so messed but how could they even think about giving him her name. So does that mean that the real Cha Doo Hyun's name isn't even on the family registry

I feel so bad for Cha Doo Hyun and Oh Ri Jin, but I'm happy that Oh Ri jin at least got adopted into a loving family

There's only 4 more episodes left and still so many things left to solve and Mr. X hasn't made his appearance yet well at least the audience hasn't seen him yet.
