Muriel was a pure or half-blood witch..
I tend to annoy
Muriel always annoyed everybody and Ron once said that she was rude to everyone.
Not very pleasant
I seem to appear
Muriel was a loud, ill-mannered woman who seemed to find fault with everything and everyone. She had a beaky nose, red-rimmed, bloodshot eyes and bony fingers. She wore a feathery pink hat that was described as giving her the appearance of a bad-tempered flamingo

In spite of her dislike for the late Dumbledore, Muriel offered support to the Order of the Phoenix, providing her house for Harry when the Order removes him from the safety of the Dursleys.
