*Very Angry*...Sumit’s Case

😡Well yess This gussa is on BAG films...Goshh they culdnt show anythng proper..😡

Well yest. i was reading a law book(well dun worry im not studying law😳,just reading out of curiosity😳...Tht too criminal case wali😡😡😡)....and omggg wht striked me was Sumit ka case😡

Well in it there was a thing tht if a person has got non bailable warrant...so ofcourse u can't get bail....buttt buttt theres a clause to it..how can the persn get bail even in non bailable warrant like in wht conditions

and wht i found best was if the decision has not been given in 60 days frm the time case started the person can get the bail😡😡...Sumit ko bail kyun nai dilayaa😭

My heart is broken*sigh* *sigh* *sigh*🥺🥺

I still cant forget tht😭

anku it is a serial and they sometimes show things which are not true so its ok and now the case is over so no tension

And i think for different cases....there are different clauses... 😛

For complicated cases like murde and rape or attempt to rape....in such cases...i don't think bail can be granted on non-bailable warrant.

serials are different from real life. its not important ka what happens in real life or what can happen in real will be shown in serials.

anywyas once the case started it in aproxx 5-10 days the case ended. they didint drag that part

though i would have prefered su out of jail, trying to help in getting the proofs too. but then its over now, kya fyda soch ka?????????????/

but then we got to see shr-dhr in focus with kk. if su was out maybe they wouldnt have got something to do.

anku this is not real life and this is just a serial so in serials everything is possible and we cant stop it too.ya i too was sad that su did not get bail but what's the problem now.the track is over ,su is out of jail and now to new track has also started.chill anku chill.

It's only a serial plus they probably didn't take 60 days to decide plus it doesn't matter becuz the track is over and jus as long as su is out of jail thats all that matters
